HOW DO I KNOW IF I QUALIFY FOR THE 2021 SALES INCENTIVE TRIP TO DUBAI?
ONCE I’VE BEEN NOTIFIED THAT I’VE EARNED THE TRIP, HOW DO I RSVP AND REGISTER?
We ask that you provide as many answers to the registration questions as you can. It will help us to plan a wonderful experience for you and your guest, should you bring one.
WHAT ARE MY DEADLINES?
GUEST REQUEST DEADLINE: 15 June 2021
CANCELLATION DEADLINE: 15 Oct. 2021
TRANSPORTATION DEADLINE: 15 June 2021
WHAT HAPPENS IF I CANNOT ATTEND?
WHAT HAPPENS IF I CONFIRM THAT I AM COMING AND THEN NEED TO CANCEL?
Any trip earners who cancel after that date will be charged the cancellation fee of $1,400 USD per person, via a Wallet deduction. Should your Wallet not have enough funds for the full deduction at once, it will be reduced by whatever amount is available until the full amount has been deducted. Should you confirm that you are attending and not show up, the same process applies.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I DO NOT CONFIRM THAT I AM COMING, AND I SHOW UP ANYWAY?
WHAT IF I WANT TO BRING AN ADDITIONAL GUEST(S), BUT I ONLY QUALIFIED FOR A TRIP FOR ONE?
We do welcome additional guests within certain guidelines outlined in our policy document found in Jcloud/[Region]/ [Language]. If you would like to bring an additional guest within these guidelines, please let us know before the deadline, and according to the details outlined in the policy document.

If flight information is not provided by the deadline provided in this document, airport transfers cannot be guaranteed. Should you choose to arrive earlier or stay later, transfers will not be provided.

• Lightweight clothing appropriate for an average high temperature of 100° F and an average low temperature of 78° F
• Comfortable footwear
